Just set up a Linode Market App installation of Nextcloud but having Talk issues

What is that about. And can adjustment be made to accommodate our vpn?

I re proxied on cloudflare and still working. So seems definitely to be the VPN. Why does it do this?

actually having re-proxied it to Cloudflare, it stopped working. So may be both causing an issue

Just to let you know that conversed with VPN company and have sorted this out. It seems as though the location IP address I had been on was blocked, at an international level. Having changed location the issue is now resolved. Even with Cloudflare proxied.
