Does the problem go away if you disable the Privacy app?

removing/disable the privacy-app did not resolve the issue

according to that log, probably an ONLYOFFICE issue.
try disabling ONLYOFFICE.

besides i do not see the relation between the apps ‘onlyoffice’ and ‘flow’, but when I disable the onlyoffice app, i can’t edit/read the office-documents….

Just to be sure: I get the similar errors when I open apps: onlyoffice and FLOW:

the new version released on Friday 13th did not solve the issue
