Are you saying accessing by IP worked prior to restoring? Or are you saying you’d simply also like your instance to be reachable by IP (the restore being then irrelevant)?
You also failed to fill out the support template. This makes it challenging to help because there are multiple possibilities/factors.
You might also find the Admin Manual of assistance, since it documents all relevant configuration parameters including trusted_domains and overwrite* among others.
