Scripts are loaded when you log in to the cloud. And then they will straighten their shoulders.
Are you not confused by the size of the downloaded scripts? And when the browser page is refreshed, these scripts are loaded again.

When I go to the calendar or files app, the scripts are smaller. And some are cached.
For a different setup with dashboard, there are more and larger scripts, it probably depends on the number of elements you have on your dashboard. I don’t know why they are so large…
the size is valid. usually this is not a problem as scripts are cached by the browser. but in the past I remember users reported very aggressive browser cache settings resulted in frequent script reloads.
