Is it possible to exclude a path from backup borgs or disable backup borgs on Nextcloud AIO?

Hello, I am currently using Nextcloud AIO and I have a problem.
I store all the data on a separate volume (NAS) and I noticed that the backup borgs also store the data.
I would like to ensure that the backups contain only the bdds and the config but not the data.
How to do ?
