Hi there, I’d like to try to integrate with Nextcloud a small picture-managing application I’ve created some times ago; such application should be able to move files among data subdirectories: I tried to move some of them manually and I’ve noticed that the movement is not reflected in the storage database.
So my question: is not implemented a watchdog system in Nextcloud server application?
I can imagine that I could answer myself guessing that this is not the way to handle storage data and maybe I should consider the option to develop an application using Nextcloud APIs and so on, but I also guess this require a not so little time effort and I had my application already developed stand alone…

Not supported, but you can try with occ files:scan --all.
