iOS Nextcloud App stuck at Grant access

Using Nextcloud Hub 10 (31.0.7)
Fresh iOS client installed
On iOS - I am looking at the Grant access and clicked it - there’s a circle circling on the right in the web interface Security > Devices and Information show my iOS client is connected.

So the web interface is saying I am connected but the app is stuck on the Grant access interface

Any advice?
