IOS app not working

Hello
My cookbook works fine on web (nextcloud 25)
But trying to install the IOS app without succes.
For the user and password I can manage
but what should I put in the URL?

If I put the URL of nextcloud, I can “coonect” but don’t see any cookbook…
I see an error : Categorie could not be loaded

any idea? or some path to add in the URL ?

Oups… sorry no error in fact!
the app change, but I have to deinstall the old one. reboot the iphone reinstall the app

I’ve tried reinstalling and followed your suggestions - to no avail. I do use my email address for my user name - could this be the issue?

I just want to clarify one thing: The (native) apps are third party. The NC app is just a web app that you can view in a browser. We have no Android/iOS/… support. Also there are multiple clients out there for iOS (see list, maybe more).

I would try to contact the actual devs of the apps because we (the devs of the NC cookbook app) cannot do much about the iOS stuff.
