I’m using a managed Nextcloud instance (28.0.7 Enterprise). I was able to use the NextCloud App just fine in the past, but ever since the new version 6.2.5, it has become unusable:
After App start, the login/connection always needs to be set again – it is not saved anymore
I can log in successfully, but no files or photos are being shown
Creating new files does not work - they do not end up being saved and are not shown in the app.
Running 30.0.6 now. I too am having this issue. I don’t see anything in the nextcloud app. I was on latest, which apparently was still 30.0.5, when I went to log in to upload photos from my phone. I can log in and see past photos in the webui. Checked overview, and it said there was an update(30.0.6).
I am using the linuxserver docker for nextcloud. I do have some errors in my logs but not sure what they really mean.
But, everytime I open the ios app now, it wants me to log in. I successfully log in, but I get nothing. Clicking more, I don’t get anything either. Every single window is blank.
It started yesterday (02-13-2025) and was working fine before that. Nothing has changed on my system.
I upgraded to NC 30.0.6, thinking it would help, but it didn’t. App version is 6.2.5 on iOS 18.1.1. Every time I open the app, it prompts me to login and nothing is shown.
Thanks for your update, @mgill. I was already on 18.3.1. I had tried to log out and login again, which didn’t fix the issue. But after your update, I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, which did the trick for me. Everything works as expected now.
