Hello,
I have a weird issue happening on my NextCloud 24.0.x
Nextcloud claims that it cannot access the internet and check the logs.
On the logs I have the following issue :InvalidArgumentException: SSL CA bundle not found: /var/www/html/nextcloud-data/files_external/rootcerts.crt
and
unable to rename, source directory is not writable : files_external

Of course the directory files_external is fully writable : I even renamed it and NextCloud recreated it and put some files
