When you upgraded PHP, was it the process where you could choose between the local copy and replacing it in Raspbian? Posting results from nc-info will be helpful.

What device are you using?
Have you checked nc-info in the :4443 webui or ncp-config?

I always wanted to add that i did an ncp scan for users and some of my users game an error that they do not have the required permissions, i followed a few command online to give the folder the necessary permissions but the problem persisted. hope that information was useful.

You can try these steps below from the ncp docker guide to address the permissions issue.

If you see no errors you should now be able to access /mnt/directory/location on the local file system. Now we will change ownership:group to the data in this location from root to www-data since that is used by Nextcloud in Docker. See current permissions with $ ls -la /mnt/directory/location

$ sudo chown www-data:www-data -R /mnt/directory/location
