I have a problem, I log in to the administrator account, the initial information is loaded, but if I want to go to the administration, an error pops up immediately. I haven’t figured out how to solve the problem anywhere.

Here your cron did not work because the database server was down.
Additionally I noticed, that your nextcloud version is VERY old and not even the latest patch level. → Nextcloud 22 is not supported any more since more than 2 years! ←
With all due respect, but to be honest I can’t take that too seriously. So make sure you get your server up to date and when I explain. how you can get a specific message from the log file, then provide exactly THAT message and not just any message you get.

At least one of your problems is that you’re running such an outdated system that some of the apps you have deployed are getting to the point that when they update they don’t work with your version of PHP.
