Yes it is!

We need more details about your installation! The support template can help you with that. It would also be helpful if you would describe what you did on your server immediately before the error occurred, because usually “Internal Server Errors” don’t just come out of nowhere.

Thank for replay, the problem is solved to disable new app via terminal.
