Internal Server ERROR Nextcloud v27.1.3.2 after enabling external acces

Hi, thanks in advance for helping!

[/details]

Nextcloud version: 27.1.3.2
Operating system and version: NextCloudPI v1.53.0 || Debian GNU/Linux 11.5.15.61-v8+ (aarch64)
Apache or nginx version Apache 2.4.25: don't know how to see it
PHP version x.x: don't know how to see it

The issue you are facing:

I’m new to Nextcloud since today, got everything set-up and working for in the local network. But after enabling External Acces I get the “Internal Server Error”.
Before that I could always acces the Nextcloud dashboard and panel, but now only the NC panel is accessible (the one IP-addres with ‘:4443’ at the end).

Port forwarding is working as I see in the System Info:

I have no clue what to change that it will work.

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Y/N): YES

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Going to the IP-adress I used before to get to the dashboard
  2. gives error

The output of your Nextcloud log in Admin > Logging:

i have no clue what to give here, as I can not acces that part I think.

The output of your config.php file in /path/to/nextcloud (make sure you remove any identifiable information!):

i have no clue what to give here, as I can not acces that part I think.

The output of your Apache/nginx/system log in /var/log/____:

i have no clue what to give here, as I can not acces that part I think.

i have no clue what to give here, as I can not acces that part I think.

Output errors in nextcloud.log in /var/www/ or as admin user in top right menu, filtering for errors. Use a pastebin service if necessary.

i have no clue what to give here, as I can not acces that part I think.

If any more information is needed, tell me please! BIG Thanks in advance!!

This is what I get to see:

After setting up external acces, these were green, so I thought that’s something good?
