I install Nextcloud 12.0.3
And after the installation, it runs correctly
I make a first sync
And ther error
Internal Server Error

That is the same message I receive but it is in german. Is there a bug?

Without logs, folks, there’s no saying what’s wrong.

Please output the apache error log at least.
