More context if you’d like assistance would be appreciated.

What were you doing when this occurred?

Had you just installed the Mail app?

Had you just upgraded NC?

etc.

server was off for 1 month
turned on server - and this was there.

nextcloud was installed using snap

and mail widget was installed using gui.
not upgraded NC from a while. should i reinstall? ?

Yo, have you figured the solution out? I got exact same scenario and issue, i simply didn’t touched it for couple of months, trying to boot it back, and now i’ve been presented with same internal server error all of the sudden.
Doubt that someone respond in here, but worth a shot

Hey @Glesas and welcome to the community

well, think of it this way… we’re all glad to help, but without any information whatsoever its difficult.

so try doing some research, read the docs, see getting help especially run the debugging script before raising an issue and more importantly:

there are various factors that could cause an issue with your Nextcloud snap instance. Your logs may help find a probable cause. There is a good chance someone in the community has had a similar issue and knows how to resolve it. That depends on how you request assistance. So read your request for tone, avoiding hyperbole and assuming good intentions.

My bad for not providing any info, but i simply was curious did the @Vimal_Kapoor found the solution for himself. I’ve already decided, that i’ll simply move all the files from my snap nextcloud, to a freshly created docker nextcloud. It’s personally will satisfy my needs, and i honestly wanted to ditch snap nextcloud anyway.

Sorry for not giving any logs, as i’m only kinda still a newbie in homelab world, but i think there won’t be point anyway in my logs, if i already found the “workaround” for myself.
