ping there…

¿someone know what is this error?

Can you give us more info? Can you tell us what are your read and write permissions and user/group file/folder ownership settings.

yes, of course, ¿the permissions of wich folders?

Your data folder and nextcloud root directory.

root@xxxxx:/media/znextcloud# ls -l

change user:group to www-data or http. With root being the owner, i don’t think it will work.

Hello,
Check that the following lines are written in /etc/httpd/httpd.conf :
User apache
Group apache

If you don’t find your httpd.conf, do :
sudo locate httpd.conf

hi there!

i found the httpd in this route
root@nodo-congreso:~# locate httpd.conf
/snap/nextcloud/21521/conf/httpd.conf
/snap/nextcloud/21796/conf/httpd.conf

it doesnt have thats line

mmmm i think its always root was the owner, and before it was working

I’m not sure what the issue is then. All I can tell you is every time I see this screen, in my experience, it’s always about not having permission to write in a folder. The other thing you can check is to see if you have the original copy of .htaccess files

mmmm so, should try change the permission of the whole /data folder?

i found several .htaccess

xxxx@xxxxx:~$ sudo locate .htaccess
[sudo] password for xxxx:
/snap/nextcloud/21521/htdocs/.htaccess
/snap/nextcloud/21521/htdocs/config/.htaccess
/snap/nextcloud/21796/htdocs/.htaccess
/snap/nextcloud/21796/htdocs/config/.htaccess
/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/fail2ban/tests/files/config/apache-auth/basic/authz_owner/.htaccess
/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/fail2ban/tests/files/config/apache-auth/basic/file/.htaccess
/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/fail2ban/tests/files/config/apache-auth/digest/.htaccess
/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/fail2ban/tests/files/config/apache-auth/digest_anon/.htaccess
/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/fail2ban/tests/files/config/apache-auth/digest_time/.htaccess
/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/fail2ban/tests/files/config/apache-auth/digest_wrongrelm/.htaccess
/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/fail2ban/tests/files/config/apache-auth/noentry/.htaccess
/var/snap/nextcloud/21521/nextcloud/config/.htaccess
/var/snap/nextcloud/21796/nextcloud/config/.htaccess

You can try:
chown -R www-data:www-data /snap/nextcloud
chown -R www-data:www-data /path/to/data

I don’t use snap. In my case, my .htaccess files are under:
/…/nextcloud
/…/nextcloud/config

oh, now i got this error hehe, im gonna look up in the forums :stuck_out_tongue:

Cool…yeah you just need to create the file “.ocdata” and I believe it’s just a blank file.

where i shoul create it?

In your “data” root directory

still the same issue… plus, i cant mount the nextcloud via davfs
