Internal disk full, although there is a lot of space in the external storage

If someone wants to upload something to our externally mounted storage, the files are cached on the internal disk. This is not a good idea in this case, as our external storage provides 20 times as much space as our internal disk.

Can I delete the

/var/www/nextcloud/data/USERNAME/uploads/web-file-upload-dbd9974df5b***7213ab1da9ee148fac-152909***0786

without hesitation?
