Installing a specific app version with GUI or OCC commands

Hello
If a nextcloud app is broken after an update you may not be able to wait for a fix and need to install an older version of the app or revert your whole instance to a backup.

Is it possible to install a specific (older) version of an app from the GUI or with OCC commands? I have no terminal access, but can use some OCC commands (Hetzner Storage Box).

Or is there another recommended solution?

I think not. I think normally you must for older versions copy the files directly in the apps-directory on your webspace.
