Getting help

In order to help you as efficiently (and quickly!) as possible, please fill in as much of the below requested information as you can.

Before clicking submit: Please check if your query is already addressed via the following resources:

(Utilizing these existing resources is typically faster. It also helps reduce the load on our generous volunteers while elevating the signal to noise ratio of the forums otherwise arising from the same queries being posted repeatedly).

Some or all of the below information will be requested if it isn’t supplied; for fastest response please provide as much as you can.

Summary of the issue you are facing:

Nextcloud findet den Ordner ‘borg’ nach der Installation von AIO nicht

Steps to replicate it (hint: details matter!):

docker run --init --sig-proxy=false
–name nextcloud-aio-mastercontainer --restart always
–publish 80:80 --publish 8081:8080
–publish 8444:8443 --volume nextcloud_aio_mastercontainer:/mnt/docker-aio-config
–volume //var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock:ro -e SKIP_DOMAIN_VALIDATION=true
-e NEXTCLOUD_DISABLE_TLS=true --env NEXTCLOUD_DATADIR="/run/desktop/mnt/host/C/Users/marti/Documents/Docker/nextcloud"

/run/desktop/mnt/host/c/Users/marti/Documents/Docker/nextcloud
und gebe ein ausgedachtes Passwort ein.

Auf der nächsten Seite meldet Nextcloud:

Nextcloud AIO v10.15.0

Everything set! Click on the button below to test the path and encryption password:

Beim Klick auf den Testbutton läuft der Test erfolglos. Durch KI erfahre ich, dass der Ordner ‘borg’ bereits existieren muss. Ich richte den Ordner
/run/desktop/mnt/host/c/Users/marti/Documents/Docker/nextcloud/borg
ein und wiederhole die Eingabeprozedur mit diesem Eintrag und den Test, der erneut fehlschlägt. Im Log steht:

2025-06-08T13:12:56.050763845Z No ‘borg’ directory in the given backup directory found!

2025-06-08T13:12:56.056764372Z Please adjust the directory so that the borg archive is positioned in a folder named ‘borg’ inside the given directory!

Ich komme über diesen Testdialog nicht hinaus. Es existiert offenbar kein Backup-Archiv. Der Ordner borg ist leer.
