The issue you are facing:
Installing Nextcloud Talk Desktop Windoes (from msi) v 2.0.5 and the desktop client stays at Version 2.0.2 (still getting notifications to upgrade)
Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (N): Tried multiple times on multiple systems over several weeks
Steps to replicate it:
-
Download latest msi from web site
-
Install on Windows 11 (or 10)
-
View About Information from app after restart
Is the version on the site perhaps incorrect?
