i have snap version nextcloud V12.0.5
when i upload pictures it takes pretty long to show it, any reason why?
What hardware do you run it on? It was pretty slow on my Raspberry Pi too, initially.
You could try going over these tips as caching helps a bit. Also try enabling the Preview Generator app and setting up a cron job to pre-generate previews when noone is using the system.
