I'm confused about the Contributor Week schedule and participation

1. What is the final schedule?

The Contributor Week is advertised to take place September 16-20. The schedule I see in the calendar here just drops off on Thursday with “Engineering (Who?) - Helpdesk get help to fix a bug in your app” at 15:00.

Is that really the last event? Will there be a closing speech/party/etc. ? What will happen on Friday, the 20th?

2. How does participation work in general?

Do I just show up to the sessions and talk to people? Will there be orientation sessions?

  1. The contributor week agenda is packed from Monday to Thursday and on Friday we will meet again at Motion.lab for co-working, as most of the people will start traveling back home.

  2. If you have registered for the Contributor week you can come at Motion.lab and someone from the Nextcloud team will be there to welcome you. Orientation sessions are not organized for this time around, but you can definitely ask someone from the team any question you have!
