Hello everyone,
I am the administrator of our company’s Nextcloud platform and we use Talk extensively for internal communication.
We frequently run into the following situation:
A user creates a group conversation for a specific department and becomes the moderator/owner of that group. Later, this user is transferred to another department.
Even after assigning moderator permissions to another member, we are unable to remove the original creator from the group. The user also cannot leave the conversation on their own.
In short:
How can I remove a user from a group conversation in Nextcloud Talk when that user was the original creator of the group?
Is there a recommended procedure or administrative workaround for this situation?
Thanks in advance for any guidance.
