If flashing the SD doesn't create boot + rootfs

I tried to flash NextCloudPi_OdroidHC2_01-08-20.img to different mSDHC10, new ones or yet used. The result in every case - etcher, susestudiowriter, dd, usb-creator - there is no extra-partition for boot. So its impossible to start the odroid HC.
Flashing an RaspberryPi-image to SD creates boot + rootfs partitions

After trying very new cards and another OS the issue is the same, but only with NextCloudPi_OdroidHC2_01-08-20.img.
Flashing Armbian or Nextcloud works well.
