In Using the Synchronization Client — Nextcloud Client Manual 3.7.50 documentation it almost complete. What is missing is an explenation of the big icons in the client. As there is no hover it is guesswork what these could mean. There would be room to write deleted, updated, created, shared “Item name” and location.
