I recently migrated my nextcloud installation and it doesn't work

I recently migrated my nextcloud installation from hetzner to a pi 4 and when I tried to access the web server I got this message:
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator if this error reappears multiple times, please include the technical details below in your report.
More details can be found in the server log.

(I accidentally aborted myslq therefore the user wasn’t created)
