I misplaced my backup code when I enabled MFA as an admin
Now I’m unable to login as I had turned off MFA for admin earlier … how can i proceed?

Assuming you’re referring to the NC shipped app, you can use the occ command-line on the server/app container - e.g.

./occ twofactorauth:enforce --help

./occ twofactorauth:disable --help
