I can't send a mail

I can’t send mail but the mails I sent are in the Sent box
Please help me

I’d check the logs of the mail server you’re trying to use.

There is a difference between sent or outgoing. It should only go to sent if the mail was actually sent.

Please fill in the support template and provide DETAILED information about your environment, network, setup, mail configuration, etc., etc. How should someone recommend anything to you if you haven’t provided any valuable information?
