I can't download files from Nextcloud that was set with provider

Hey,
I have a problem with my nextcloud that was set up with provider i canā€™t download any folder that is larger then 1mb i get every time a error ā€œdecompression failedā€ if i tried it on safari and if i try it on chrome then it download a 1mb file and i canā€™t open it

I would recommend to get in touch with your provider and ask him for help on this. Due to the fact that you didnā€™t provide any information about how the system has been setup, and most likely you cannot provide this information because the provider has set-up Nextcloud, it is impossible to speculate on possible reasons for that program behavior.

Sorry, but I donā€™t know your provider, which subscription model you have ordered nor how you can contact him. You should know that :wink:
