Did you create a folder
/Local
in the root of your cloud?
The first value must point to an existing storage path.

/mnt/disk2
appears to be a location on your underlying host. You tagged your post as involving Docker. A container has no access to underlying host volumes. You’ll need to mount that volume via Docker into your container first.
please help me. have you method or command mount volume via docker.
You didn’t give us much to go on since we don’t even know what image you’re using or whether you’re using Compose or not, etc.
Search for “Docker volumes” or “Docker bind mounts” in your favorite search engine (or here in the forum). It’s a fairly generic Docker topic and there are lots of resources.
If you’re using the AIO image though you can do this (which is specific to the AIO image; won’t work with other images): GitHub - nextcloud/all-in-one: 📦 The official Nextcloud installation method. Provides easy deployment and maintenance with most features included in this one Nextcloud instance.
