I cannot share to an account - not on drop down list of options

Good day, I have added a new account to our cloud profile but cannot share their file to them. It does not appear on the drop down list

please direct me to a solution

Nextcloud Desktop Client Version 4.0.7 (Linux)

Linux Mint 22.2

This Nextcloud is on version 31.0.7 (Web server)

I created a new account and want to share only one folder to that account, but when I go to the share options, only the 2 existing accounts are options, not the new one

I have also tried both Brave and Libre wolf browsers, accepted all cookies and taken off any shields.
