I’m using Pyocclient to upload files on my Nextcloud and earlier it was working just fine, but now it’s showing 400 error and I’m frustrated with this error.

Can be! The nextcloud may have been since then!! But earlier too it sometimes return the 400 error!!
But which version are you using? What are the logs telling you, authentication problems?
