Is it possible to trigger remote folder sync (to device) by Tasker? Does any intent available for this operation?

there is no for suppoprting Tasker or similar task apps at the moment and also no feature request of doing so. If this is important to you please open an issue on the Github tracker https://github.com/nextcloud/android/issues for discussion while from my point of view resources for implementing this are rather limited at the moment while contributions are always welcome of course.
