How transfer data automated from one only office xls to another on NC?

Hi there

I’m using OnlyOffice on NC. My question is if it is possible to transfer/automate data from one .xls document to another. Is there any way to handle this?

Do I understand it right:

You want automatically copy/move the content of a table in an Excel file into an other Excel file?

Yes exactly. That’s what I looking for.

That only can be done with reference formulas in the target Excel file.

Wow, that worked out! Never have thought that cell communication is possible within the entire Nextcloud this way. It opens up many possibilities.
Only: There is no live update possible. Only if I close and reopen the target document it is updated. But this is not so serious.

One more:
If you use LibreOffice, you can define a WebDAV-access to Nextcloud.
It should be possible, also set references in the local file to the xlsx-file in Nextcloud and work with them. Just try it :wink:
