How to use Related Resources - Teams app

We’re looking to use our Nextcloud for project management. It used to be you could create a “Project” as noted in the Wiki Projects — Nextcloud latest User Manual latest documentation . However this has since been depreciated in favor of Related Resources. I however cannot for the life of me figure out how to use Related Resources. Supposedly this has been integrated directly into the main server package yet I can’t find any information on it at all. And the Git hub GitHub - nextcloud/related_resources seems a little lacking in the explanation as well

I have no idea why “Projects” was depreciated as it seems like the the perfect way to integrate the various aspects of Nextcloud (Talk, Decks, Folders, etc).

I

if you share a file to a room in talk. That would become a related resource. If files gets the same tags they would also be related. If you like to have control over different parts use circles/teams everything shared with a team would show up as a resource for that team. It is not the same way as the old project part. But it eases up collaboration.

Ok…yet another example of Nextcloud changing things so fast that the documentation can’t keep up. How does one use Teams (formerly Circles). There used to be an app Teams (formerly known as Circles) - Apps - App Store - Nextcloud but it too has been changed to teams and then somehow integrated into Nextcloud.

Can now someone please explain how I can setup a “Team” so that I can share a deck and files with them and thus use the Related Resources?

In Contacts on the left side you have Teams. Create a team, choose members. Then you can share stuff to that team name. You can also tie a group folder (that changed name to team folder in 31) to that team.
