I fresh install new server nextcloud already, I config everything is same old server nextcloud, I need to transfer only one user data from old server nextcloud to new server nextcloud, Is it possible ?
The old server use Server-side encryption, I don’t know effect or not.

It is not possible, only so much as you are able to manually export and import the data within each specific app. You’ll need to do a full restore of the previous instance’s database. I cannot speak to the restoration of server side encryption keys, but check nextcloud admin documentation or github for specifics.

Perhaps the user can transfer the data on his own with next Nextcloud Desktop App.
Watch video at this position. Perhaps there is a new feature in a further version.
