How to switch SAML from ADFS to EntraID

Hi,

we are using SAML with ADFS for logon authentification of our NC server.

Since we want to get rid of the ADFS server we now would like to switch to microsoft EntraID for SAML login.

When we switch the SAML method, are the NC users still the same like before with the ADFS login?

Or do the users get completely new and empty NC logins/accounts with no access to the original userdata?
