Is there a way to re-sync Nextcloud server from a client?
Due to some outages and user mistakes, only one client machine currently contains the correct set of files…
Obviously, it is possible to re-install the server and then synchronize everything from scratch but I hope that there is a more efficient solution.

Not sure if a simple touch would help to update the modification date.
As quick solution on the client side you can copy your data into e.g. nextcloud_origin. Create folder nextcloud, added client there and sync whole data from the server to the new folder nextcloud.
Then just copy and replace everything from folder nextcloud_origin into nextcloud - this will sync your correct set of files.
Delete nextcloud_origin if everything fine.
