Im using for example forms app in the NC so is there any way to prevent users from using it even seeing it ?

Hi @BinLaggin,
go to the appstore:
https://yourcloud.bar.baz/settings/apps
… and click on the forms app.
In the right side bar you will see this:
Hit the checkmark as in this image and choose a group (you can create a new group for that e.g. “forms_users”)
Other people now will not see that app anymore.
I hope this was what you where looking for.
