Dearsā¦ i am beginner to Nextcloud. Suppose user A shared an excel file to user B then both users are opened the same file same time. With my current configuration both of them can edit and save same time and there will be two files saved, one will be saved with same file name and other one will be saved as āfilename_conflitā. I would like to know is there any way to prevent editing or saving at same time opened by multiple usersā¦?

This might not solve your problem entirely as the files are not really locked, but it could be a temporary workaround.
Already installed nextcloud client and working with shared files using this client, not from web. so any hopeā¦?
