How to migrate Nextcloud AIO from deprecated Docker Socket Proxy to HaRP

Hi all,

I could not find an answer to this.

I noticed a message in the Nextcloud AIO panel:

Docker Socket Proxy (needed for Nextcloud App API) :warning: The docker socket proxy container is deprecated. Please use the HaRP (High-availability Reverse Proxy for Nextcloud ExApps) instead!

However, it is not clear to me what are the steps I should follow in order to move to HaRP.

When using AIO, can I just stop containers, change the container selection and restart them, or is it more involved?

I am running Nextcloud AIO v12.9.2 on Ubuntu with Apache.

Thanks in advance.

Hi, see AIO 12.9.1 Beta / HaRP migration: old ExApps left behind, GUI stuck, manual recovery steps

Thank you.

I only now realized there are no ExApps in use at all. I am sorry for being a bit new to all this. It was not immediately clear to me which apps are external and which not.

So for now, I could disable Docker Socket Proxy and leave HARP disabled as well.

I guess I should first remove the Deploy Daemon in the AppApi settings page?

I would like to do this to make sure no Docker Socket Proxy apps are installed, and I don’t see a need for HaRP either, for now.
