How to migrate Nextcloud AIO from deprecated Docker Socket Proxy to HaRP

Hi all,

I could not find an answer to this.

I noticed a message in the Nextcloud AIO panel:

![Docker Socket Proxy (needed for Nextcloud App API) :warning: The docker socket proxy container is deprecated. Please use the HaRP (High-availability Reverse Proxy for Nextcloud ExApps) instead!

However, it is not clear to me what are the steps I should follow in order to move to HaRP.

When using AIO, can I just stop containers, change the container selection and restart them, or is it more involved?

I am running Nextcloud AIO v12.9.2 on Ubuntu with Apache.
