Because I can’t update - after an update it takes multiple minutes for any action until the server breaks and my provider removes the instance from the server - I want to setup a new instance and migrate everything to that.
Is there a way to do this? I think it’s not enough to copy all data and set the db prefix to the old one in the config, isn’t it?

That doesn’t help because I did it that way. But as the instance is broken (I am not sure if it is in the files or the database), the new instance is corrupt after copying data and database. So I need a new instance importing data not overwriting all files and database.
