Can I migrate my Nextcloud AIO from one location to another using the backup?

The only issue that I have is that I can’t figure out if I need to move the containers or use the backup
by using the backup, I mean taking a backup of the AIO and creating a new AIO, then restoring from backup

Will the backup save my files? And other critical data?!

How To Migrate Form AIO to AIO

It’s a straightforward process - first, you need to back up the server. Then, when installing the new server, deploy it using the backup you created.
