How to install nextcloud apps on my home nextcloud?

Hi there,

Iā€™m a newbie of nextcloud and linux. Iā€™ve installed a nextcloud appliance on my computer. But how can I install the nextcloud apps thru github.com? Do I need to download the tar.gz file and install by command? Besides, is it possible to integrate my admin GUI with github, so that I can install the apps thru GUI? Iā€™ve been surfing this topics for a while and still canā€™t find anything solid. Any information is much appreciated.

You must go in the GUI to ā€œSettingsā€ and ā€œAppsā€ on the right top position in Nextcloud. Search the app in search field.

App is installed from https://apps.nextcloud.com

If your computer is connected to the internet and you can open the Webgui with an admin user, just go to the Apps page. There you can install the apps you want directly.
