i have installed but i can’t login on my nextcloud server

Hello, could you give some more details? As are you seeing an error?

In case there is non, please enable the logging through the registry and restart Outlook.
It can be found under /HKCU/Software/Nextcloud.Outlook DebugEnabled set it to 1. (writing this out of memory).

Log will be written to your my documents directory.

No error, just an infinite loading bar.

Please make sure to install Net Framework 4.7.2. Should solve it.
