How to get NC Flow or Mail to send a notification to Matrix?

Hi there,
I’m trying to figure out how to use Nextcloud Flow to send a message to Matrix, when an email from a particular sender come in to Nextcloud Mail?

Any ideas to investigate would be seriously appreciated!
