Are you uploading a replacement file? Or editing the file in-place?

I has edit the file and use rsync upload to nextcloud space via webdav.

Afaik, rsync by default replaces files that have been modified, so for Nextcloud these are new files that do not have any previous revisions.

You could try running rsync with the --inplace and / or --no-whole-file options in order to work around this, but honestley, I’m not sure if it is a good idea to use rsync in combination with WebDAV / Nextcloud in the first place…
