Summary of the issue you are facing:
We are using NC as tool to manage a music group with multiple choirs. We implemented a role based access control by means of NC groups defined for each ensemble.
One of these roles is a “birthday_admin” , responsible for greetings, flowers etc
Owner of all address books is the site (content) admin, the individual address books are r/w shared with “addressbook_admin”.
- how can I (=address book owner) tailor a birthday calendar for each ensemble (=include / exclude selected address books)
- how can I (=address book owner) delegate a such tailored birthday calendar to the “birthday_admin” to enable him to read the birthday calendar and get the email reminders
