How to debug windows client?

Nextcloud version (eg, 12.0.2): 18.0.1
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 17.04): Win 10
Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.25): ?
PHP version (eg, 7.1): 7.2.

The issue you are facing:

Windows Client syncs 252 MB of a folder (encrypted folder) than sits waiting for folder or is “uploading” without doing anything. No entries in Log file. I already tried with a second internet connection that is 100% not firewalled, but no change.

I dont have that access rights on the server.

last nextcloud.log entry is one day old and says failed admin login (that was me).

From what I found Nextcloud Server only uses Port 443 (i couldnt find that in the manual) and I checked the firewall, there seems not to be anything going on, no blocking going on, anyway the second connection I tried isnt firewalled.

What could I do to check what is going on inside?

i see a lot of threads about client sync, also in bugtracker. is this feature actually considered usable already?

I changed internet connection still nothing. It seems it checks all folders online and detects they are empty because they have not been synced yet and then schedules a synch, that does never happen.
It keeps repeating:

Schedule folde"2" to sync
Schedule folder,… becaause … ms…
Sync for folder “2” already scheduled, do not enqueue!

I now have removed sync, recreated it and the inital sync always stalls at “file 194 of 1300”. how can i find out which file that is?

I’d check server-side what is sent, if there are 4xx or 3xx messages in the logs.
